Guang Bing (kompyang)

This is how we make the kompyang.

We bake it only in 15 minute, if not the kompyang will scorch.


I believe that every Cantonese have eat it when young. This is kompyang that cook with our secret recipe. Every customer also will choose this snack when dinner at our restaurant .

While this special kompyang is just DIY by our chef.

We call it "Special Guang Bing"
